About

Jeffrey Uwoghiren is a CRM architect and process automation specialist focused on one recurring problem: the hours organizations lose reconciling data by hand once they've outgrown the systems tracking it. He works primarily with growing NGOs and businesses navigating scale-ups, rebrands, and new partner networks — the exact moments this problem shows up.

He designs and deploys practical architecture on the Salesforce and HubSpot platforms, with a particular focus on donor, partner, and pipeline data staying consistent and reportable as an organization grows — not just clean once, but built to stay that way.

He's also building Apex Flow, a process automation practice, and documents what he learns along the way — real patterns from real organizations, not theory.

Working Philosophy

"The hardest part of scaling isn't the growth itself — it's the reconciliation tax that comes due the moment your systems stop keeping up with it."
